Hi, my name is Brandon and I attended Helena College Senior School which is in the Perth Hills region. At high school, I studied maths, chemistry, physics, physical education and English and I graduated in 2015. I am currently in my second year of a Chemical Engineering and Finance (Commerce) double degree at Curtin University. I loved first year engineering at Curtin due to some of the amazing and unique things it had to offer.

In the first year engineering building there are lots of great open study areas where everyone hung out and worked together, a balcony and a ping pong table which was a fun place to chill out and there were many third and fourth year mentors who gave great advice. Outside of studying, I’m a part of the Curtin Uni Games Hockey team. We train every Wednesday and we will be competing in the Western and Australian Uni Games where we will play off against other universities from around Australia. These will be held in Bunbury and the Gold Coast later this year.
